Preconstruction + Construction

• Value Engineering & Cost Estimating: We reviewed the design plans and identified opportunities to optimize construction costs while maintaining the architect’s vision. This included creating detailed cost estimates that provided valuable insights for project budgeting.
• Constructability Review & Scheduling: We conducted a thorough constructability review, analyzing the feasibility of the design from a construction standpoint. This process helped identify potential challenges and develop a realistic construction schedule to ensure timely project completion.
• Permitting & Regulatory Support: Uni Construction navigated the complex permitting process, ensuring all necessary approvals were obtained from the City of Beverly Hills and other relevant authorities. This streamlined the permitting process and minimized delays.
• Bid Package Development : We developed comprehensive bid packages outlining project specifications and requirements. This facilitated the selection of qualified subcontractors through a competitive bidding process.
• Project Management : We managed project from beginning to completion.  We led the MEP BIM coordination that assisted completion of all MEPF system throughout two buildings. We gathered 5 different models from subcontractors and consultants for building design to run weekly clash detection directing resolution for each conflict.
