Evaluated the existing space, including its current condition, utility locations, and potential limitations. Develop a renovation plan considering the client’s vision and budget.

Design Review & Coordination:

Collaborated with the client and potentially an architect or interior designer to ensure the renovation plans meet functional and aesthetic requirements.

Permitting & Approvals:

Obtained necessary permits from the city for renovation activities.

Cost Estimating & Scheduling:

Developed a detailed cost breakdown structure and a realistic construction schedule for the project.

Project Completion & Closeout

Final Inspections & Approvals:

Coordinated final inspections with the city and obtain necessary approvals for occupancy.


Final Touches & Cleaning:

Ensuring the renovated space is clean and ready for use.


Project Handover:

Hand over the completed restaurant space to the client along with warranty period to address any minor issues that arise.
