This kitchen remodel at a single-family residence revitalized the heart of the home to elevate both function and beauty. Uni Construction managed the entire project from the initial design meeting to the final touches, ensuring a stress-free and efficient experience for the homeowner.

We followed a clear process: initial consultation, design and material selection, permitting and ordering, demolition and construction, then installation and finishing touches—ending with final inspection and sign-off.

Comprehensive upgrade including removal of existing cabinets, countertops, appliances, flooring, and outdated fixtures; space planning and optimization; new cabinetry design and installation; new countertop selection and installation; appliance upgrades; new flooring; plumbing and electrical updates; a complete lighting plan (overhead, under-cabinet, and task); backsplash installation; and final finishes such as painting, trim, and hardware.
