Uni Construction is a construction company serving residential and light commercial clients across Southern California. We are known for ADU work, but our scope also includes additions, remodels, renovations, tenant improvements, and selected hospitality or commercial buildouts.
The difference in our process is preconstruction discipline. Before work starts, we pressure-test scope, logistics, consultant coordination, inspection needs, and schedule risk so the build runs cleaner and more predictably.
