Fixtures & Finishes:
Outdated fixtures were replaced with modern and stylish options. A new low-profile toilet, sleek faucets with a brushed nickel finish, and a rainfall showerhead with multiple spray settings elevate both form and function.
Cabinetry & Countertops:
The old vanity was replaced with a beautiful new vanity in a calming light gray color, offering ample storage. A stunning quartz countertop with a polished finish adds a touch of luxury.
Shower Transformation:
The existing shower enclosure was removed, and a walk-in shower with frameless glass doors was installed. The shower features beautiful subway tile surround in a calming neutral tone, and a built-in shower niche provides convenient storage for toiletries.
Flooring Refresh:
The old and worn-out flooring was replaced with luxurious heated tile flooring in a wood-look finish. This not only enhances the aesthetics but also provides a comfortable warmth underfoot, especially during the cooler months.
Lighting Design:
Uni Construction designed and installed a new lighting scheme that combines recessed overhead lighting with dimmer switches for a relaxing ambiance. Additionally, task lighting over the vanity mirror ensures optimal task lighting for grooming.
Storage Solutions:
We maximized storage by incorporating built-in drawers and cabinets within the vanity unit, providing ample space for towels, toiletries, and other bathroom essentials.
