About Project

Uni Construction managed kitchen and bathroom remodeling in a San Dimas, CA residence. We collaborated closely with the homeowner to create a personalized design that met their needs and vision. This project highlights our commitment to quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and delivering a stress-free renovation experience.

Project Scope:

The kitchen and bathroom remodel encompassed a variety of improvements, designed to create a modern and inviting space for the homeowner:

Kitchen Transformation

Cabinetry & Countertops: The old cabinets were replaced with new white cabinets in a shaker style, offering ample storage and a timeless look. Beautiful granite countertops with a light gray veining pattern complement the cabinetry and add a touch of elegance.
Appliance Upgrade: Outdated appliances were replaced with brand new, stainless-steel appliances, including a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave.
Flooring Refresh: The old flooring was replaced with new luxury vinyl plank flooring in a light woodgrain finish, which creates a cohesive flow throughout the kitchen and complements the overall design.
Backsplash Magic: A beautiful granite backsplash was installed in a subway tile pattern, adding a touch of personality and protecting the walls from splatters.
Pendant Lighting: Uni Construction installed new pendant lighting over the breakfast bar, providing task lighting and a decorative touch.

Restroom Remodel

Fixtures & Finishes: Outdated fixtures were replaced with modern and stylish options in the bathroom. A new toilet, faucets with a brushed nickel finish, and a rainfall showerhead elevate both form and function.
Vanity Transformation: The old vanity was replaced with a beautiful new vanity in a light gray finish, featuring ample storage drawers and a sleek quartz countertop.
Shower Oasis: The existing shower enclosure was removed in favor of a walk-in shower with frameless glass doors. The shower features subway tile surround in a white subway tile pattern, and a built-in shower niche provides convenient storage for toiletries.
Flooring Refresh: The old bathroom flooring was replaced with new waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring that complements the flooring installed in the kitchen, creating a cohesive flow throughout the main living area.
